Aurelia focused on creating a clean layout, intuitive navigation, and a responsive design that allows visitors to easily access content across all devices. To make the site more user-friendly, Aurelia organized the information into clearly separated pages. She also integrated multimedia and branding elements to support the project’s mission and enhance the overall user experience.
Gurpreet kept everyone up to date with assignments and ensured the completion of the project in a timely fashion. He also helped members use new software and made visualizations that would assist in the understanding of the data by other members not accustomed to datasets and for usage on the site.
Brenda oversaw the authoring of the site’s main narrative and ensure that the data visualizations and maps integrate neatly with the written content. She wrote section headers and captions. Brenda also oversaw the look of the project to ensure consistent design, readability, and accessibility. Lastly, she edited the narrative to correct organizational, spelling, and grammatical errors.
Xasive is in charge of writing the site’s main narrative alongside Brenda Feria using the data visualizations and maps to develop an analysis and used the data as evidence that supported the answers to the research questions. She also made sure that the project was aligned to be easily digestible and organized for the reader and free of any errors within the writing.
Tyler assisted with the cleaning of the datasets as well as created the data visualizations.
